Are You Hating Your Northeast Ohio Home?

If you're reading this title and thinking 'hate' is strong word, I agree, but I've had many people use this word of late when talking about their house.
Because of the pandemic, people are finding their current home in Northeast Ohio isn’t accommodating the new needs of home life. There's been a recent study showing many homeowners realized how much they dislike their home since the pandemic hit.
Many of my clients feel their home space is too small because they’re working and schooling from home or expanding their living situation to include senior parents and adult children. And some clients feel they just need to be closer to family and friends.
Real estate history shows that January is one of the most popular times to list a home, when the holidays are over and people are ready to move on. But don’t wait until January to start the planning process. On average, it takes about 3 months from start to finish to sell a home in the Northeast Ohio area.
